pz2020 and mrmansterin , don't add sailor to him. Instead add Explosives. That way he can blast strongholds and cities very easily since he's a cruiser general. Agreed, rumor and explosives are crucial additions to an optimal Nimitz.

Big boi ships with generals usually have close or over to 1000 and some even breach 2000(* Cough *Cough Eisenhower. Rescue the Ally X. *Cough *Cough. Coulson. Economic Lifeline Hard.) . So what's 40 HP added back every round going to do? Well, I guess it would help if you are playing as Australia or something and you need to travel to either Europe or the Middle East then I guess that would be useful.

It's actually a good skills but there are better skills for naval generals that will have insane health. Just saying, put your naval general in submarine with rumor so the enemy can't retaliate.
