it is recommended in the wiki for wc4. As I said before even though it's a good skill, it's not ideal for Nimitz who already has 1400 hp staring off in a cruiser. Explosives would be much better for him since you need naval generals to blast coastal arty and cities as well. I use Nimitz on Cruiser and Donitz on subs for that reason. |

Donitz's already present depot ship is an exception, since he rarely will be used on cruisers, and more often than not you will use him as a submarine gen to maximise his potential. That way, depot ship can benefit subs more than cruisers due to the health difference (e.g. if Donitz is on low hp being on a sub helps him get back to more than half health faster) |

I finally finished Rommel 20% on turn 18. I had only the super tank with Guderian and a howitzer that I built at the end. So I lost a LOT of tanks.  |
