Victoria is my only Infantry gen. She already wears a Ferguson so I am thinking of giving her one more item.
Should I choose to give her a second Ferguson for that extra damage, tall boots for more movement, or a tent for regen? She's at 110/10 rank/nobility.

I think you can do it like the pros: keep swapping out equipment at vital moments to make the most of very little equipment.
Also, I'd prefer to give my gens snare drum & military camp instead since movement can be upgraded.

I'm doing item swapping between my two cav gens and two arty gens, but I wanted to have Victoria's item set permanently worn by her since she's the only inf i have.  I'm such a lazy man forgive me. |

Grind for all those things.  Boots in the movement phase, guns in the attack phase, tent for regeneration afterwards. There are also resistant jackets available for up to +4 defence. |

pathdoc, is right: you have to use different items in different moments, and with Victoria is simple because she doesn't need warhorse or snare drum (when she's on infantry)

i gave my victoria two +6 attack items when she attacks enemy and boots when she moved.
I s/l with her to trigger assault and defense art so she doesn't need armor.
