I posted a guide and linked you to it. The key seems to be sending that triple heavy to Europe, specifically to Stalingrad. There was some spam, but it was manageable. That was just dumb luck too, I only tried it wondering what would happen. A couple other keys might be the air generals on Cologne and Paris, a mix of missiles and strategic bombers.
