WC3 MOD: REVOLUTIAN. NEED PEOPLE!

I am going to make a new mod, it will contain new campaigns, new conquests, new countries.
First, what i need help with:
The basics of hex mapping.
Someone who can change the map of campaign levels (is this even possible)
Someone who can add flags to a country.
How to add a new country
How to make for example allies be able to fight other allies by choice of me.
A contact person for further questions.
Someone who makes the icon.
How to add, change the name of a faction.
Everyone will get credits when the mod releases! Thanks










Here is a planning list:
V 0.1 BETA : Will include 1 level and is for pure testing purposes.
V 0.2 BETA Will include most of the levels, also for testing purposes.
V 0.1 ALPHA : Available for everyone,not sure if this one is going to come, but the purpose of it is that in the phase of this version i will be activly searching for bugs.

V 1.0 Official release : Will have all levels without any bugs, it will contain all campaign levels.
V 1.1 Conquest OPEN BETA : Here i will begin modding conquest.
V 2.0 Conquest ALPHA : Same as normal ALPHA
V 3.0 FINAL : Final release, will contain all content.
