good Modifications are always intresting.
However we should take in consideration that we don't know how easytech will secure wc4 for now, possibly it's very hard to crack.
I think we can't really say that there will be a mod in an x amount of time, we simply need to wait till somebody is able to create an unlocked apk.
My suggestion though would be very simple.
Since WC3 lacks a ww1 mod we only have one (a really good one) for ew4.
I'm intrested to see a ww1 mod covering the whole world.
My suggestion therefore would be to set the mod in a prior era.
I would make a scenario alternate to history set in the Sino-Japanese war, WW1, the American civil war and the war of the triple alliance at the same time (to insure the fight takes place across the whole map)

A World War 3 mod would be nice with the current alliances between Nato / Brics / Arab League / Etc.
Or
The European Colonizing Period?
The Cities in Americas belong to their different tribes such as Aztecs , Cherokees , Etc
and the Coastal City such as New York , Boston , etc belonging to the Europeans and the Europeans can choose to attack the tribes or go to war with each other for the Domination of Europe?
Asia can have the Qing Empire and the Japanese Empire ( though they were mainly made up of different Japanese states )
Africa can also have more cities that are neutral or belonging to the old empires.
