Hi, As you know wc4 has just been released for ios. Sadly, like most games at start, there are some errors inside. So if you encounter any mistake, like a bug or a translation error, it'll help greatly if you report that to Easytech. There are 3 preferred ways to notify Easytech: 1. Send them an email. Easytech has the following email address; mailto:easytechmail@gmail.com You could send them a polite email which explains the error(s) inside the game. However Easytech has a history of not-reacting to English emails, so it's better to write them in Chinese (Mandarin) instead. Since most of us don't know the language you can use any translation tool on the web. Easytech replies faster to crappy Chinese than to flawless English. 2. Report it on forum.ieasytech.com.cn Till date Easytech never didn't reply to a post on their official forum, meaning the odds that they fix the issue rise significantly. However it takes more time for you as you need to register which is an extremely annoying process on that site. On the forum it doesn't matter if you use English or Chinese though. 3. Contact another member who is registered If you aren't eager to get through these processes yourself you can also ask another member on the forum to report the error for you instead. Sadly my account is frozen due to inactivity (and i can't get it back) so i can't do it for you, but i'm sure somebody else is willing to report it for you. Thanks for reading and have a nice day! Nice thread NetherFreek (as always), but there's only one problem: Easytech never answer emails(don't know about Chinese emails though, but many fellow Koreans have tried and failed to contact Easytech...

They did answer me multiple times before. I asked about EW5 and they helped me many times, and yes I used english. However I am sure chinese will be faster.

For some reason, my fellow Koreans didn't get a reply(at least that's what they say in PlayStore comments). Maybe they sent the mail in Korean, or Google-translated english...
