Increases attack/defence of the units
Infantry
Bugle: Ignores evasion of infantry
Formation: Increases max infantry attack
Infantry tactics: Increases min infantry attack
Overlord: Ignores health
Calvary
Magesty: Ignores evasion of calvary
Surprise: Increases max calvary attack
Mobility: Increases min calvary attack
Archer
Volley: Ignores ivasion of archer
Accuracy: Increases max archer attack
Iron arrow: Increases min archer attack

Certain chance to trigger(usually overpowered)
Commander: Attacks with nearby infantry
Strike: Able to attack multiple units when commanding calvary
Arrow blizzard: Able to attack multiple units when commanding archers
Dillema: Attacks with nearby ships

Extra dmg in certain situations
Banner: Able to equip banners
Destruction: Extra damage to towers
Courage: Doesn't decrease morale
Critical strike: Assault art
Iron wall: Defence art
Forced march: Movement doesn't get effected by terrain
Fire suppression: Doesn't get on fire
Seige: Extra damage on cities
Construction: Increases tower defence

War expert: Increases attack

Flood: Attacks enemy near river
Inspire: Increases team morale
Rumor: Decreases enemy morale
Tapidly: Ables team to act again
Chaos: Confuses enemy
Insight: Destroyes traps
Fire assault: Attacks enemy with fire
Hell fire: Attacsks a group of enemy with fire
Outfire: Takes out fire
Repair: Heals walls
Rescue: Heals units ans towers
Rockall: Attacks enemy with rocks
Thunder: Attacks enemy with lightning
