The devs must have gone mad. The exercises/battles in Domination mode keep getting more and more ridiculous. This one in the Hudson Bay came after an equally crazy one in the Panama Canal. I'm supposed to assault this massive army and navy to take multiple nuclear-equipped cities with only the infantry and navy in my legion. I can use 12 generals, though. Yes, 12. As in a dozen. The enemy generals are all upgraded to the purple rank that gives them like twice the HP of my fully promoted generals, and all of their units are fully upgraded with tech we can't even access yet. I may have to take a break and play more conquests for a while. These exercises are getting sadistic. .org/image/peuntujxx/]  [/url] |

Nimitz has 1,697 HP. It would take about 7 or 8 nukes to take him out, and you'd have to use stealth bombers because he has missile defense on his battleship. Arnold in his super tank also has over 1,000 HP. I had to take out Halsey and Patton in the last exercise with similar HP. All the enemy generals also get three medals each, boosted abilities and all of them have five ability slots.

Panama and Volgograd in EW5 were also almost unbeatable for quite a while. Maybe here it is also matter of a specific skill like air strike leader or skills combinations  |

Yeah... I recall EW5' patterns as well. The first thought was: how on earth I can beat it? But with time it was not that scary anymore. In fact it is an issue in all ET games. Remember the first appearances of Aliens in WC3!

The thing that is really daunting to me is deploying 12 generals. Okay maybe we won't need the full 12 but if we were getting 12 generals is quite a tall order. It would cost so much medals.

This is toooooo much. I can't even pass the Soviet exercise where you have to cross a bad terrains with landmines and bunkers.

In Panama (EW5) we had 9 generals against more than 50 generals (many of them stronger than those of the player) and literally hundreds of units. It was crazy even to think that it is possible to beat this mission. But... it is possible So we have to be patient and find a suitable strategy... |

They are beatable. I passed Panama without losing a single unit. It was a massive slugfest, but you can use abilities to help. Rumor can lock down those nasty generals if you team up on them. It's going to be tougher with infantry, but I know it can be done. It's just daunting looking at the mountain we've got to climb.

I completed Panama yesterday. Not a piece of cake, but it it not even comparable to Panama in EW5. That battle was epic! And this one is definitely could be completed by many players...  |

I tried it a bit this morning.. did you get the port in the west by lamd? It didnt look that hard indeed.. Will try it within some days |
