Hello, i am modding on pc, but how exactly do i open the conquests file, i tried something but i dont know if my changes made it trough, tell me how i open the conquest btl file and save the changes please

You need to download a hex editor, then use it to open it. This applies to all btl files.

And to edit the borders, you need to set the lines to around 40-60 columns. So go from 40 to 60 by the interval of 1, until the section with a lot of FF looks like the map you want to edit. It should be clear what to do by then.
