As you all know Japan is in the axis faction, and Germany also. But what always annoyed me was that Japan attacked the Soviet Union, while this never happend, in the ww2 conquests this is a big disadvantage for the Soviet Union, now what i want to know is, how do i keep Germany and Japan allied (in the axis faction) but stop Japan from attacking the Soviet Union. (Disable attackin completly)

Disabling attacking completely for Japan is only possible by making them Neutral. You could always put them in a seperate faction from the axis and the allies like I did with the comintern, plus seeing Japan and Germany fight would be cool for endgame
