Clearing scenarios again don't give you exp. Not sure about conquests, as I haven't cleared a single one yet (they take too much time and I have very much to do in scenarios and domination), but clearing scenarios repeatedly for sure don't raise level.

Yep... I've done 10 autobattles and there's no visible increase on HQ bar. Seems to be the only one thing that doesn't increase the level... Invasions on the other hand, I noticed, increase HQ lvl quite significantly. So the best way, in my opinion, to upgrade technology tree as soon as possible and thus to forget about problems with lvl increase... |

Yes, I have now some tech from ww2 pacific and with Timoshenko on level 23 I have problems only with 9 medals naval invasions and sometimes in other types of 9 medals invasions. In fact it depends on how fast you level in real time, as longer it takes for you to level, as more resources you get from wonders and tasks and also you get more medals from invasions, which lets you buy gens faster, which also makes invasions easier. |

I just reached lvl 41. (been delaying it for a bit) and I have gotten invasions with 6 and 8 medal reward which is increased from the 5 and 7 medal invasions I had in lvl 31-40. Don't know what the increase is for the hard12 medal invasions yet.

So it looks like 12 medal invasions from lvl 31-40 are still 12 medal invasions at lvl 41+
