You aren't invincible, because the AI can just force your troops on water and then destroy it with ships and stuff.

But... But... How... how did you get all these resources so quickly ? I’ve been playing every day since launch 4-12 hours a day. My work is pretty slow right now, so I’m playing almost constantly. I finished the World War II scenarios after a few days, and I’ve been hoarding resources ever since waiting for Cold War to open on iOS. I mean, I’m old. This is all I do for recreation. Most weekdays I play 8-12 hours. I hear the background music in my sleep. |

You aren't invincible, because the AI can just force your troops on water and then destroy it with ships and stuff. That’s why you build a Navy and use generals to spearhead amphibious invasions. |

No roster of generals can make you invincible in the exercises and battles that come after you unlock the last landmark with Battle of the Philippines. Exercise in the Hudson is utter insanity. All those purple enemy generals have 1,200 to 1,800 HP and maxed out skills and abilities with medals. You can only use naval and infantry units. Great...... they brought back the insanely difficult battles from EW5. Well I am never gonna finish this easytech game ethier then. Unless I decide that a crack version is more fun then play fair.... it all depends on cold wars difficulty

Cold War isn’t crazy on regular difficulty. You want a couple of tank generals, a couple of artillery generals and a naval commander in most of the missions. Occasionally you might swap a third tank commander in for the naval commander if there isn’t a sea battle to be had.

And I mainly play conquests now to farm the resourses. I don't want my HQ higher as Invasions are getting more difficult (is it?) What am I doing wrong? |

It seems to me that my every breath in WC4 increases HQ level. I consider to involve World Anti-Doping Agency  My best guess is that farming is not harmless anymore. Maybe, repeated actions give additional experience as well... |
