Today I would like to compare(and rate) the three "best" tank generals in this game. By the way, I will not be considering the prices, mainly because all three of them are expensive(at full price). Since I got that out of the way, let's start the analysis!
Rommel:
Rank: Colonel
Infantry: 2(2)
Artillery: 3(5)
Tank: 6(6)
Air: 2(2)
Navy: 2(3)
Movement: 3(3)
Skills
Dessert fighting Lv.1: +5 Damage when fighting in the deserts
Crossfire Lv.1: +6% Counterattack damage on land
Armoured assult Lv.2: +12% Damage when commanding armoured units
Guderian:
Rank: L Colonel
Infantry: 3(3)
Artillery: 1(1)
Tank: 6(6)
Air: 3(3)
Navy: 0(0)
Movement: 5(5)
Skills
Armoured assult Lv.2: +12% Damage when commanding armoured units
Panzer leader Lv.2: 16% chance to deal critical damage (150% is Erich von Manstein and others' guess)
Blitzkrieg Lv.3: 36% to avoid retaliation
Manstein:
Rank: Marshal
Infantry: 4(5)
Aritillery: 3(4)
Tank: 6(6)
Air: 4(5)
Navy: 2(4)
Movement: 6(6)
Skills
Panzer leader Lv.3: 24% chance to deal critical damage
Blitzkrieg Lv.3: 36% to avoid retaliation
Plain fighting Lv.1: +5% to enemies on plain
Tide of iron Lv.3: +15 damage under 50% health
Armoured assult Lv.2: 12% more damage on tanks
Phew! That was painful to write... Anyways let's get to the analysis!
Rommel first:
Slow compared to others. Desert is too situational, only use for him is on Africa. Armored assult is nice though, and so is crossfire. But as many of you have said, the important thing is how many bad skills he has, which he has one. Also Colonel isn't enough for endgame(though we can fix that). Doesn't look so good for now Sorry, desert fox. Also lacks Panzer leader.
Now the fast Heinz!
Very speedy(though not as speedy as Manstein) but all skills are good! Panzer leader proved to be awesome, and armoured assult adds up to output. Nice! Survivality is descent as well thanks to Blitzkrieg. He lacks Plain and explosives and also tide of iron but we can patch them up.
Manstein:
Great skills, great output, great mobility, great health, great survivivability. But no custom things on him. Five As and one F... But all his skills are great. What was good is still good, Manstein is a beast! Also Bruchminati, if you're reading this, you gotta buy him, you won't regret!

Comparison:
Speed
Rommel<Guderian<Manstein
Health
Rommel<Guderian<Manstein
Potential
Manstein<Rommel<Guderian
Skills
Rommel<Manstein=Guderian
Conclusion:
Even though Manstein looks great, Guderian has potential, so I would like to say Philip II of Macedon is better than Erich von Manstein! Rommel, well... Not as good as the two others.
TLDR:
Golden medal: Guderian
Silver medal: Manstein
Bronze medal: Rommel
So the winner of the first Reich cup is Guderian! I am probably going to host a "Nelson Cup" or a "Yi Sun Sin Cup" For naval gens later on.
