I don't know. If Erich von Manstein recommends Street Fighting as well as plain fighting on EC's then they should stack, right? Did he recommend that? I'm pretty sure everyone recommends that. |

And now there are new skills, though not all new can be learned, only 3 for now (Early Warning in the Royal Military Academy, Organization in the Frunze MA and Desperate in the Inernational MA).
Does anybody know how they can be accessed?

Yes. You unlock them in the Campaign for North Africa operation - Easy difficulty. Kill Slim in the first level for Organisation, kill whoever the yellow circle is in Casablanca for Early Warning and take Jerusalem in Cairo.
