OK, I know my goal was Vatutin or Konev, but after what I heard from Singlemalt, I just bought Messe. Anyways, should I upgrade him or save up straight for Guderian? Thanks in advance  |

Thanks in advance I completed all Europe campaigns (normal) only upgrading Rumor one lvl. After that (completing Europe, not upgrading Rumor  ) you can buy Guderian without much troubles... |

I advice you to not waste your medals in upgrading Messe. You want him as a « temporary » general, just sufficient for the first campaign. I don’t even know if you will be able to succeed all your missions with 3 stars with him in Easy mode.
Don’t expect to use him in Pacific and Cold War missions. At this moment, you better have enough medals to get Guderian or maybe even a general less expensive.

So upgrading his Rumor for 100 (or something like that) medals is not a big deal actually. But it could help immensly during Invasions, on the other hand... |
