Ok, That’s Good, But Why The Artillery Barrage On A Navy’s Air General?? The arty upgrades came late, so I decided to at least make my Soviet commander useful before taking on his actual role as arty EC |

I prefer to call my Eye Covered/Custom General a starter general. Because, y'know, 1 of 10 are available for you to start with.
I play WC3 on the Hearts of Iron mod, but the selection for best general should be similar should I play WC3 proper: Lt with 3 infantry stars, 2 stars for everything else bar movement, level 1 shield and 'ss' abilities. (Cannot read Chinese)
