Has anyone else noticed how off the English translations are in this game? I don’t remember this being much of an issue in WC3. Some of the dialogue you get before and during the scenarios looks like they just ran it through Google Translate and stuck it in the game without having an English speaker proofread it first.

I think some kind of overconfidence has its place, or they simply don't care... |

At least their language/translation is still not THAT bad. I've seen worse.

Heu...
I’m myself French, despite the fact that English is not my mother tongue I try to write without any mistake. I use Google Translation sometimes only when I’m not sure about a word.

I use Google Translation sometimes only when I’m not sure about a word. If you put a silver general on a city, then he can play as mayor of that city. |

Did we not start a thread a while ago to catalog all of the translation errors? Then eventually it could be mailed to Easytech and hopefully they might add all the corrections in a game patch. That would be a fine contribution in adding to the polishing of the game from our community  |
