Hi,
as we're getting better and better tech and generals when we progress, conquests, in particularly 1939 and 1943, are getting easier and easier. Eventually you're that progressed in technology that all challenge is gone for those conquests. I think Easytech should consider a Hard mode for conquests.
These 'Hard conquests' are practically the same as the regular ones, except that in these hard conquests you start with the tech the CPU would've had in that conquest. This insures that even the earlier conquests stay challenging in endgame.
So basically you would get 2 forms of conquests:
Normal (You start with tech similar to your own tech-tree) Hard (You start with tech similar to what the CPU would've had for that country in that era)
So what do you think? Should there be a challenging mode for conquests? If so, do you have any other idea of getting the earlier conquests more challenging during endgame?

Why not simply boost the CPU’s tech, starting rank of units and the health of their generals by giving them purple rank? This is what is done to make later Domination battles and exercises more difficult, and it is quite effective. Why would you want to spend all those resources improving your tech tree if the upgrades won’t be usable in end game conquests?

Your idea sounds good and I would have supported it if we were not always saving our « allies », literally wasting a lot of time to do their job.
The best thing in my opinion should to improve the ally AI first, because currently it’s a nonsense, a shame. I’m actually trying a Conquest 1950 with Thailand and Norway is invading USSR. Please tell me how such a thing is possible...
In Conquest, actually, you are alone against the other side. It takes a long time to win a game with the current AI, so a hard mode with those useless allies ? Without me then...

Other times they are absolutely terrible.

Was testing the CN android version and it would be quite difficult to beat Destination Berlin with only Messe for example without the allies. The key was to capture the city allies' Zhukov is attacking to boost the allies morale to keep him alive so he will help to kill Manstein.

What I’m saying, though, is that you can play the exact same Conquest with the exact same nation and strategy and your allies’ performance will swing wildly from one to the next for no apparent reason. I’ve had that happen to me.

Yeah, I understand what You mean. But probably we are too focused on our own.. plan. And that was a world war We need to look at the whole picture in a strategic way. Of course it could be less effective if speaking about the results (points, stars, reward) but helping the allies will not lead to their collapse That's what I mean. You will not be able to help a lot to Germany to fight British playing as Finland, but it is possible while playing as Spain for example. Instead we are normally stealing from the allies
