Hello, how do i move for example the city of shanghai to be IN japan? Like the place where shanghai is located rn is empty, and a place in Japan gets a city added (shanghai in this case)

I believe it's the same as moving units... I'm not sure.

Well, so city areas are determined by x and y coords in citysettings. So find your city Id, and move it with x's and y's. You might have to do it through trial and error.
