I got the other Easytech games from the windows store, I also have them on Iphone, but world conqueror 4 is only on Iphone as of now, and World conqueror 3 was free on windows store, so is there any external links or cracked downloads that are non-harmful? (No malware) that anyone knows of?

Taking up the mantle that Kraut left behind, I'd say KOplayer is decent, free and perhaps faster if you don't mind the slightly poorer quality and shady ads for Chinese clones of Clash of Clans.
