Vatutin because he has 5 stars in tank, supply skill (a little boost) and his tide of iron reks. But on top of all that does he have Plain fighting level 2

Meyer. He is cheap and good enough for me to beat campaigns till I get Guderian. That's how I did anyway.

The first one I got before Guderian was Vatutin. I kept playing enough conquests to get Vatutin and then I rushed with godspeed through all the WW2 missions. Besides, I didn't promote Vatutin on purpose because he's Chuck Norris on steroids when he has 49% health!

Auchinleck. He's got plain fighting, street fighting and some other tank skill I forgot about . But he's got three stars, he's cheap, and he's got 100 health.

Doesn't Auchinleck have Desert fighting? I didn't see Meyer the first time I looked so I chose Vatutin.

I choose Vatutin because he has freaking 5 stars in tanks and has 4 lvl tide of iron ability which makes him a killing machine when he is below health plus the fact he has plain fighting which is the most important skill for any land units also the fact he is really good priced so if you have enough medals and don't want to save up for Guderian Vatutin is your best bet

Devers, Auchinleck, Crerar, or Valutin.
