Best way to get medals at your point would be farming for pyramids and doing campaigns.

The fastest way is obviously by buying medals with IRL $$.
You can also get them by completing missions, tasks
Otherwise, there is only the slow, long & partially interesting medal farming:
First, ensure you built ALL/as many as possible medal wonders available.
Then, enjoy the game & collect medals from medal wonders on time before/just when they max out their medal carrying capacity.
Lastly, rinse & repeat.

And how do I get those wonders? In the <Military Career> section of the game, there are 3 modes: <Campaign>, <Mission> & <Wonders>. In the <Wonders> section, you can build Wonders using the resources Industry (the one with cog), Energy (the one with the lightning bolt) & Technology (the one with the atom). What you want to built is the Great Pyramids in Eygpt, North Africa , City of Cuzco, South America & Terracotta Army, China. They have to be unlocked before you can build them. There should be a guide somewhere on this. |
