I need you all on this one, as you all don't know that I have a personal record in this game that I can't finish a single conquest(not joking but really, I HAVEN'T WON A SINGLE CONQUEST BY NOW,WHICH IS WEIRD FOR ME).
So I took Portugal 1960 and so far I have taken Cuba and in Europe Germany is practically dead while Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and even Japan cede to exist (they are dead, totally) and the goddamned Russians keep paratrooping from Cologne into Zurich (which is mine), the good news is that the lead generals of the Russians are dead, the bad thing is that now even Iran, Iraq, and china are coming to help their dad
What should I do, please tell??
o and generals are badoglio, greim, koga and three eye-covered guys.
techs are slightly above noob-level

Just take the enemey cities 1 by 1, it will take some time but you can do it
Use missiles and airsupport

Just some advice, even what seems like impossible odds, all conquests are beatable. I beat Iran in 150+ turns in 1960 without using generals. I was even invaded by commando paratroopers from the USA. While the odds may seem stacked against you, victory is achievable with simple determination.

My advice is to not do 1 star countries in 1960. Not very many general and "noob-level tech". If you want to win a conquest, you should do Japan 1939 and go from there. Axis 1939 Allied 1939, Axis '43 Allied 43 and so on. It will make you better at the game as well as giving you medals to buy more generals.

Spam Japan 1939 for ez medals, then come back with good generals and upgrades. U dont want to play 1 star 1960 without them.

You mean only 1960 conquest or any conquest? You should try easier conquest (like 1939) with a 3 stars country. Like previously mentioned, Spain and Japan are easy one. Once you have beaten some conquests you will earn medals which can be spent for stronger generals and then you can try a harder conquest. My suggestion is that troop upgrades at HQ is very helpful for playing conquest. In my opinion, it is even more useful than getting a general because the bonus are applied to all units. |
