So I'm planning to start on a 1993 mod when my laptop is repaired any ideas?
I'm starting with nations and flags first then work my way down to the menus if i can.
I'm just learning how to mod but when i do learn how hopefully I'll have the laptop then so i can do extensive modding.
But for now brainstorming for this mod.

For what game will this be a mod for?
Well since soviet union is gone by now, what will sides be? Make them somewhat realistic, as I believe russia was hit hard after soviet breakup, so they might not be extremely powerful. China might lead the opposite side, as US would still have NATO. I wonder what side former Warsaw pact countries would be on, as most didn't join nato yet. Interested in final product!

Minnesotaball, world conqueror 3 in order to make it realistic I'll probably add russia as neutral considering they where hit extremely hard by the collapse of the soviet union I'll be sure to add middle east conflicts and the Yugoslav wars
