Hungary 1939, its so satisfying to see this country that is so tiny to rise up and conquer the world. Also its surprisingly easy.

Poland 1939 was quite difficult. An immediate assualt by Tank Master Guderian and Romanian and German generals to the south, along with having very bad units at the start make it a very hard conquest. It's also fun though, as you get to see what happens if Poland doesn't get defeated at the start of the war.

Go damn, I should've included turkey and s.korea! How could I forgot that!
But I chose Germany 1943. Why? Because you're pretty overstretched imo. You have to deal with the Soviets in the east, the Briitsh to the north, the French, British and Egyptians in Africa, and then you have Brazil, Cuba, America, Canada and Mexico all trying to come in from the west. But it is really fun.
