Need help deciding which I should get first. I have saved up enough for only one which should I choose? I think that it is an easy choice. I doubt that Yamamoto will receive many voices. WC4 is ruled by tanks! |

Guderian is the single most valuable general in the game. An air general can be situationally helpful, but a tank general is crucial for nearly everything you do in this game.

Tank general can be used in much more situations than navy/air. But in fact I don't like Guderian very much as an early game purchase, because his skills are dedicated for tanks and he has very few art/inf stars too. Sure, Yamamoto is worse for early game too. But as some 3rd-4th gen Guderian is ok and for sure it's better to buy him before Yamamoto if you don't have some other 2-3 good tank gens and no navy/air gen.
