Unity of Command. It takes place on the eastern front and a major feature is the supply mechanics. The AI is good at cutting your supply line if you give it the chance and the game is quite challenging. The scenarios in the campaign don't take place in order of difficulty, infact the first scenario of the german campaign is rated hard.

M&B is great. Though With Fire and Sword apparently wasn't as good as the Original and Warband.
