Who have tactic for win conquest in 1939 Germany? I heard someone did well by moving Manstein east to defend against Soviets. Also, make sure you hold at least 1 port in each sea/ocean. Otherwise you'd have to build coastal forts to destroy sub spam.

Otherwise you'd have to build coastal forts to destroy sub spam. It was Mountbatten, I believe. I've seen Bruchminati spamming subs to clear out enemy ships at the british channel, ehich actually might be a good tactic as normal arty cannot hit subs.

I did it also by moving manstein to the east, my primary focus was to invade Russia soon, before they start spamming super tanks etc. I went straight to Leningrad and thereafter Moscow, other cities weren't that important. After I got them I used one of the heavy tanks and some mechanised infantry to get quickly to China and afterwards India. For the west I defended for a while, try to take Denmark and Norway, then create a choke point in that strait there to prevent British ships from storming in. Than the west is just holding them off while you take the complete east and become a better economy. Than I invaded France while America's troops landed in Spain, so I tried to get momentum and be able to use paratroops to conquer Europe. Afterwards it isn't that hard any more.
Btw my favourite unit: heavy tank, i tried to spamm them from Berlin in the beginning, but in some turns only made mechanised or motorized infantry, that worked for me.
However, this tactic could be fastly improved, it took me some turns to finish it. And I only used Messe btw, very helpful general
