You add it in stringtable. Then you type the number in hex. 10160=Lonfon 20.0 Example 10160 in hex which is 27B0 If we wanna change London into Londo 2.0 We change 1127 into B027. Just move the 27 infont of B0 Some city will have 28 but its the same thing.

How to add cities: Take an existing city and copy it. Change its coordinates like you do when moving cities. When you are done with modifying the city, add +1 to the building count at the beginning of the file. It is the 8th line from the start.
How to name cities: Go to the stringtable and find the city block. Add the name of a new city there and give it a unique DECIMAL code. Now back to the conquest file. One important note here: You must have noticed that in the city codes thread there are some cities with numbers after theie coordinates while there are others that don't. Also notice that all cities without these numbers are unnamed. Obviously, THESE NUMBERS ARE THE HEX EQUIVALENT OF THE DECIMAL CITY CODES IN THE STRINGTABLE. So now, all you have to do is convert your code into hex, reverse it (like the coordinates) and place it next to the coordinates of your city. If it already has numbers, just change them.
That's it! It's not too hard, is it?

The city thing is very easy. Find a city in hex editor and select it (tap and hold, or normal selection if you are on PC). Then, click on the copy icon. When you click paste, a marker will appear on the screen. Place it wherever you want to, just make sure it is inside the city block, or in between two other cities or the game will crash.
