 I almost completed this today. My tech tree is horrible, and my air is the worst, so I couldnt reach the last city, so sad!! |

This mission is easy IMO. Guderian is the key. Put Guderian in the heavy tank you get initially. First capture Yangon, build light Tanks and Blitz to the North central cites. Send commando and a motorized infantry and car to help Temauchi in cutting US. Capture the city there where you can build heavy tanks. I built a triple heavy for Messe. Then capture the city in between the objective cities. City in left is easy to crack as you can air bomb. Then I sent all Tanks to the city in right to capture. Finished it in 3 stars. Did the Hard difficulty of it right after doing the normal and got 3 stars.

Tbh I found easy to be harder than hard, mainly because this mission drags on so much. I didn't even get a three star on this mission until after I got to the end part of Cold War. Don't go for the top middle city (it's a waste of time). Split your troops, mainly focus on the top-right (Japanese generals will help you on top-left). Blitz for the first 8 turns, even if it means you take unnecessary damage

So I was forced to produce heavies using US cities. |

I managed to get the left city with motorized infantry and bombing. My allies got shredded by enemy, therefore less power. It is your strategy to fight like Rommel or with the upper hand. |

I got the 3 *. I used only Messe and Leeb. Well, I took as many cities as possible, and the American city with a level 3 factory is essential, because from there you will take heavy tanks. After going through the trouble of beating this mission in the first place, I gave the ai a go with my now op generals, and guess what? They actually 3 starred it. Same with the hard mode.

My generals are Messe and Leeb, both green and Leeb has upgraded Rumor. How should I go about this mission? I have tried both pairing with my eastern ally and attacking the U.S territory and pairing with Yamashita. Eventually our offensive stalls out after we reach Wavell and I don't have the necessary strength to take the last two cities (which are on opposite sides of the map). The problem shouldn't be my generals because I made it to Pacific Allies 8 with 3 stars on all of its predecessors. |
