is it possible to add a feature that lets you buy and sell gold, iron, and oil during a campaign or conquest? |

Santa Anna III, from my knowledge, modding (atleast in this game) is that you change things or add new things by duplicating things that already exist, adding a complete new feature is very hard to do since you cant edit it cause it isnt implemented yet and you cant duplicate it like you do with countries and cities since once again, it isnt implemented yet.

You'd have to make direct modification to the game's engine, which requires programming knowledge.
Alot of freelance developers can do stuff like that for you but they usually have a fee. A lot of good money comes from that. I've got a buddy who does freelance work for Paradox Entertainment, good pay, plus early access to new features and games.
