The technology upgrade wonders says it makes technology upgrades cheaper by 10% but has anyone acually checked to see if it's true?
It sometimes looks like it only makes the technology upgrade cheaper by 1% because of the numbers. Can anyone who has not built all the technology wonders check to see if it really does give a 10% decrease?

I checked before I built the wonder and the sum of coins was 30000, after that - 27000... |

Yeap it gives 10% discount. If you don't see numbers rounded off for example 150000 / 160000 but instead see 130500 168750 that's the discount for you.  Note: the 150000 and 160000 are random examples. 130500 is the gold cost for rocket artillery 7 168750 is the gold cost for artillery 8 Which I do not have the gold for haha |

Due to my preference of "clean" numbers it looked like they only took 1% off since the original cost would be 100,000 gold and 4000 industry than, making a very clean number. |
