They've added an extra layer of health beyond the red title which is purple to match the new EC esque generals which is cool. Looks tough.

Hmm, Strategy 1 would be to pound them with Rumour, cause confusion then kill them.
Unless you can One Punch, sorry, 1-shot kill them or mortally wound them with your gens, I think playing safe may be a good strategy FOR NOW...

Based on what I’ve seen so far, maxed Rumor will prove to be instrumental against the enemy generals. Can anyone confirm if it still has an effect, though?
