Well it's kind of boring for now Mountbatten, so I think this set up should be allowed until Russia is selected. I'd say no war though just for the sake simplicity.

The U.S accepts the alliance and offers a trade treaty to the ottomans consisting of the Americans giving updated American weapons to the Ottomans and the Ottomans giving oil to the U.S. |
