The U.S accepts the alliance and offers a trade treaty to the ottomans consisting of the Americans giving updated American weapons to the Ottomans and the Ottomans giving oil to the U.S. Deal! How about you can use my harbor and in exchange you help me improve my infrastructure? I'd also like some more raw supplies as with military access. In return, I'll improve your infrastructure tenfold. |
