Phote editor i forgot who made the one i use. You can add general and its easy.

I can teach about to make your own control allies mod. Adding units and cities is easy format. Gimp is good for working with picture. Adding countries changing main menu I can help you with hex mapping since i can teach you so easy calculation which Wilhelm Ritter von Leeb told me. |
