.org/image/4nunuqh9j/]  [/url] Is the upgrade in technology level a direct result off diplomacy? I know it seems stupid but I always presumed giving to other countries levelled it up. Is there any way to lvl it up faster? |

No its the direct result of total tech you make each turn. Building in each city tech centers and upgrade them will make you way quicker in tech upgrade lvl.. however, it makes you slow in progress
