Okay I only have one question and thats how to find a hex number on the map (I already know how to assign hex owners) I just need to know how to find the hex number.

By the way, I mod on android. sorry if i am wrong, but you're gonna have a hard time! From my experience you can't edit like a whole country to be under another country's control on Android, or it's gonna be real hard. You can pm me, i can find the spots by using my pc, if you want. |

I will agree with Red Cat Modding; it is a bit hard to understand at first, but once you get it it's pretty easy. It is the same on PC and Android, btw. |

Figured it out, you can change a country's country code to another country's code, and that country will become a part of that other country, also hex cubes start at "ffffffff" at Scotland

The hard part is how to find a specific tile of land (e.g set Moscow under German control in 1939). |
