If you are wondering about healing, you can heal in cities.

Stupid question: Do units heal in ports? Or can only naval units heal in ports?

So I can’t heal ships then... Well anyways, since you’ve answered me, could you please give me tips for US 1939 with no generals?

It's generally not as guarded as France. Once you get a foothold start building units there and move to liberate France. It can be difficult going on the offensive on all fronts so for the pacific I would just spam a bunch of subs to keep the Japanese at bay. Once Europe is finish start building units and Manila and bigger ships so you can defeat Japan.

I’m almost done toying with Japan but Europe and Africa will be a hassle to take... Its gonna take some time to kill all those Germans.

WC4 is considerably more difficult than WC3. Alternatively, Spain or Finland is probably easier than USA too.

I'm trying to understand how to heal units. I got it that its with hospitals, but can you buy healing and accelerate it like other games?

You need to have a unit deployed in a city for the walls to regenerate, I found that out in my ROC conquest.
