1. I send more and more troops to Fredericksburg arming them with modern French weaponary and Mine (stronger bullets) bullets.
2. My fleet attacks the union blockade with help from a small French navy from Veracruz, Anything lower than a 5 is a total defeat while anything under a 7 is phyrric victory

The navy can surprise the bigger union fleet and causes severe damage but loses alot of its own ships. The Confederate Navy is mainly destroyed and the union continues blockading the ports but since they have alot less men they can't stop every ship now and bombardments cause alot less damage.
3. An army recruited in Texas combines with some Mexican troops and natives to fight any Republicans in the North, I don't know how present they were in the North of Mexico so I'm just going to say a minimum of 4

Also, here's a tech tree: 1861: Ironclads:Only takes one turn to develop Advanced Rifles:Takes two turns to develop
1862: Total War:Takes five turns to develop-requires an industrial economy and lots of equipment. Advanced Artillery:Takes two turns to develop
1863: Machine Guns:Takes three turns to develop Trench Warfare:Automatically happens once both sides reach Machine Guns and if the war is approaching a stalemate.
If you think I should amend these rules or if I should add some stuff, tell me. Also, one year will be every two days (Six turns)

Yo mate, virtually all naval generals in the U.S were either in the union or fled the confederacy to join the union. The confederate navy would basically be destroyed by this point.

But they didn't attack yet, they are in like a neighboring village.

Anyway here are my three turns for the liberal Mexicans: 1.Researched advanced rifles. 2.Reaserched advanced Rifles. 3.They attack a garrison of Franco-Imperial Mexican troops from their base in Northwestern Mexico. They need at least a five. OzBHOIPn They win and while the town the troops occupied wasn't very important, it's a huge morale boost for the liberal Mexicans.·

My final three turns of the year for the Americans: 1.Researched advanced rifles. 2.Researched Advanced Rifles. 3.The Americans send David Farragut to secure Cuba and prepare for an attack somewhere in the south. Havana becomes the Unions bases of naval operations and is heavily defended. The Americans also launch an assault with their new rifles against the Confederates in Tennessee. They attack a major road that will lead to Nashville if taken. They will need at least a six for a phyrric victory, and a ten for a clean victory with few casualties. 1Vi3zGnx They are repulsed and prepare for a new assault in the summer of 1862 (next year).·

Turn 2: Spain invests in research of Advanced Rifles to arm their infantry. These weapons will be done soon.
Turn 3: (Final turn of 1861) Spain establishes a strong prescense in the Mediterranean using their Ironclad behemoths. This is further reinforced by coastal forts being built along the coasts of the Balearic Islands.

From now on, follow the tech tree. If it takes multiple turns, you have to use multiple turns in order to gain those advantages.
