Also i see some people have the generals name banner in a different colour,why does that happen?

1.Konev, Nimitz, Rommel, Vatutin and Leeb are good.
2.When you click on a general, it will show you where you can upgrade him with a small green up arrow. That banner colour along with rank decides how much % HP will the general give for the unit he commands. For example, a marshall as 160% with blue and 205% with purple.
Blue-WW2 Europe
Green-WW2 Pacific
Red-Cold War
Purple-Modern War
It costs 10k coins to upgrade to green, 50k to red and 500 medals to purple.
You unlock the option to upgrade to the next when you complete all scenarios on normal in your current era. (This also unlocks the next conquest and new techs in tech-tree)
