Sounds like a cool idea! You could randomize factions so France WTO, Germany allies etc.

That might be possible... Like, for example, in William Joseph Blazkowicz's WW1 mod there was Qing, which had a third side and in @communist's GOC mod there was NATO vs WTO vs Axis. So if you can manage to create like thirty sides, that might be possible? |
