I edited the strategicmap, image_ui and image_flag files, and the flags work on the conquest and campaigns menu but not in-game.
I used apkeditor on Nox android emulator to do this'
Game being modded: EW4
Any help?

There must be some other file you are missing. Are you sure you've checked everything?

I thinkt he .xml files play an imporant role, I removed them and it removes the bars in the campaign menu. Maybe I just need to find out how to convert a .png into a .xml?

Well, replacing the .xml with my own did not work, so I restored the vanilla .xml files so the game works. I'll check back here tomorrow.
