So I was wondering how to do the "Westward Movement" mission in Rise of America. The beginning rounds are simple enough, I build militiamen to defend against Huarte, and I keep Zebulon there to fight against the British. I also defeat Karamanli in like 3 rounds, but Cornplanter is impossibly strong. Also, around that time, Brock and Drummond attack, and no matter how many militias I spam, they take the vital city, and all my generals die. Help on this mission? My generals: - Döbeln (98, 5) with 2 x Ferguson rifles
- Isabella (125, 6) with snare drum and a +4 tent so she has +10 health per turn
- Sophia (125, 8) with +6 pressed powder
- Dumouriez (125, 7)
I feel like my generals are good enough, but what's the best way to win and still get 5* on the mission?

Just my lane! When I did this mission, I had basically the same generals as you, except exchanging Dumouriez with Sulkoski. I would believe that the key is to have extremely fast generals, accomplished by either move trainers or items (I used items, with Tall Boots for Dobeln and horse artillery for Isabella). With fast generals, you can beat down Karamanli with 3-4 generals in 1-2 rounds or so. I defended against Huarte with Zebulon, instead of milita. I left the town open for the British, as the moment they start moving, I can swiftly move my generals (I believe I had sent some generals there while also taking on Kahia) to aid built militia against the British (remember to flank!). Once you beat the British, you can then swiftly rush Cornplanter. Note that I had done this on 4 stars, so you might need to consult someone else on 5 stars.

You start with only 5 units and a big stock of gold and iron (300/100). It seemed like a hint to me and sure enough the USA controlled hex on the bridge near Cornplanter is out of range of both the fort and light artillery protecting him.
After adding generals to the 5 units given I built a medium fort on that hex and added Fatima. The Indians won't attack until the Spanish do,so you can just have Fatima take shots and weaken Cornplanter. You can also build a militia in the village above him and one in the village near Fatima. Sneak them into a position to flank Cornplanter and do more damage.
Following this strategy I finished in 9 rounds.
