In this image gallery all generals are presented fully upgraded but without any equipment. What are his stats in this presentation? Is it possible he was one of the first to have his equipment removed and the lineup just hasn't been refreshed, so to speak? I upload his image tomorrow. Pictures were made with analytical purposes in mind, therefore I doubt that chance played a part... |

She has only 52 HP more, but Li has 300 HP less, so it explains nothing...

I believe ET considers everything before giving them placement. It is also possible ET "grades" the base stats of gens & award points accordingly. Then, the sum of these points will be used to determine position. But hey, it's just a guess!  |

I never had even one general fully upgraded. I think no one (who plays official versions of the game - CN or GP) ever had one. The pictures are from a mod with unlimited medals. For example, Alexander's 3rd skill is definitely overpriced (5520 medals in total). No one with a limited budget will consider seriously such upgrade.
In my current team though Attila will play a leading part. So probably he will be my first fully upgraded general...

Well, I have official version, no IAP, and I have one: Jhansi :-) I have also Blücher with upgraded max rumor and armor master (but +360 HP from general skill level 10 is real waste of medals, due to his Plunder skill), and Nobunaga with maxed both debuff skills. His Sniper Master is on level 3, but I maybe try to max him completely. Rest of my generals have usually none or only one skill maxed. Seriously, Jhansi is the only gray general worthy of total upgrade. |
