Please can i be lannister. Where exactly are the sc going and is there still 1 per country. What do the stars mean on the map? I've never realy watched GoT is it worth it Der Kaiserreich , Sorry for the extremely late reply. Doesn't change much though. SCs are all the stars on the map. Your starting SC is Casterly Rock. And well, GoT is worth watching but I hear the book have more conspiracies. Still planning on sticking to your original plan?

Say add another SC in Dorne, another in the Iron Islands, and maybe add another province at The Neck. I'll need to consider the rest.

King's Landing (the spot with the Lannister and Baratheon arms) is worth two SCs, one owned by Lannister and another by Baratheon. IIRC, having a unit there occupies one SC, so to fully occupy KL (assuming neither Lannister nor Baratheon) you need to have units in two years (?) That's what I remember about this variant. Der Kaiserreich, care to expand more about King's Landing?

I suppose. It's still a work in progress though and subject to change. I'd like to play as House Arryn if possible In case we use the map above, would you like to change or have me edit the map? For the latter, I would give you two or three SCs and some mountains to make it easier to defend.

Beyond the Wall is one of two empty SCs Greyjoy could take. I fear leaving only Flint's Finger would limit further Greyjoy expansion, leaving it like Italy in Vanilla.

Or leave it as it is, Der Kaiserreich

That's unlikely. Spring - Greyjoy does F Great Wyk-North Summer Sea. Stark does either A Winterfell/Karhold-Castle Black. Both have one unit bordering Beyond the Wall, and can't take it instantly. Greyjoy would have a much better chance to take Beyond the Wall in the second year, especially in Spring. F White Harbor simply doesn't have the better position, and Stark can only attack with one unit without it.

There's too many SCs within the that region of the map (I think). I just had picked one of them, so the Twins as a brainstorming suggestion. So if you're removing but adding one to that region, it isn't helping. I'm going to do some research.

The raw data: Basic Growth Potential (from the initial SC locations even though it's a Chaos build) Stark position # of neutrals within 2 sp. = 3 SCs
Greyjoy position # of neutrals within 2 sp. = 3 SCs
Tyrell position # of neutrals within 2 sp. = 3 SCs
Lannister position # of neutrals within 2 sp. = 5 SCs (excluding the King's Landing)
Martell position # of neutrals within 2 sp. = 4 SCs
Targaryen position # of neutrals within 2 sp. = 5 SCs (excluding the King's Landing)
Baratheon position # of neutrals within 2 sp. = 2 SCs (excluding the King's Landing)
Of course, the King's Landing makes it much more complicated to determine the growth potential.
How many different players are within range of danger (Only counting the initial centers to initial centers distance, not including future build centers) Stark position # of dangerous players within 3 sp/4 sp. = 1 enemy/ 3 enemies
Greyjoy position # of dangerous players within 3 sp/4 sp. = 3 enemies/ 3 enemies
Tyrell position # of dangerous players within 3 sp/4 sp. = 4 enemies/ 5 enemies
Lannister position # of dangerous players within 3 sp/4 sp. = 3 enemies/ 4 enemies
Martell position # of dangerous players within 3 sp/4 sp. = 3 enemies/ 3 enemies
Targaryen position # of dangerous players within 3 sp/4 sp. = 2 enemies/ 4 enemies
Baratheon position # of dangerous players within 3 sp/4 sp. = 4 enemies/ 4 enemies
It appears that the raw data for # of enemies within 3 spaces are more telling than # of enemies from 4 spaces in this case (unlike the previous analysis on the previous variant where the # of enemies within 4 spaces were more revealing of the positions than the # of enemies within 3 spaces.
