Hi, im looking for some tips and guidance about my situation. I have 7 Generals: Medals: 765 (updated) Tank: Vatutin (green, no upgrades, Tide of Iron 1, Plain 1, Panzer Leader 3, FREE SLOT) Guderian (red, L colonel,Armored Assault 3, Panzer Leader 4, Blitzkrieg 3, Rumor 4, Plain 2 ) Manstein (red, no skills upgraded so: Panzer Leader 3, Blitzkrieg 3, Plain 2, Tide of Iron 3, Armored Assault 2) Rommel (green, Desert 1, Crossfire 1, Armored Assault 2, Blitzkrieg 1, Panzer Leader 1) Art: Konev (green, Art Leader 2, Raider 1, Accuracy 3, Plain 2, Explosives 2) Leeb (green, Art Leader 1, Plain 1, Rumor 1, Accuracy 1) Naval: Nimitz (green, Camouflage 1, Ace Forces 3, Fleet leader 2, Sailor 1, Rumor 1) Yamamoto (green, Explosives 1, Airforce LEader 1, Carpet Bombing 1, Sailor 1, FREE SLOT) Thanks to your advices I got past Nato and WTO stages and im atm at lvl 6 both of them.  Anyway still wanna get some path of upgrading generals. My Question is: What should I do now? Upgrade some of the generals to the max? Buy new general? |

Unfortunately, there is no WTO 4 guide, so you'll have to ask for one. I suggest trying NATO 3 for now, see what happens. Note that I can't really give advice, because i've just started the Pacific War campaigns.

NATO 3 is manageable, army group North (literally), invades Mexico.
Army group Miami to defend first & prep for invasion of Cuba.
WTO 4 is hard.
Build a few forts in alterating order around Krakow.
Then, army group North (weaker troops & gens) is to assist Rokossovsky, Zhukov & Smigly.
Army group South attacks the invadung Germans, beats back Eisenhower & takes Prague in the process.
Build some forts in Prague, build an atomic bomb & defend this province.
Continue defense.
By ~turn 17, your line will start to crumble, use your 1st nuke on Manstein & another other ones produced on arty gens.
Note: Krakow WILL fall. I had Konev or Leeb left on RA, which I evacuated to the rear by Warsaw to avoid defeat by default.
Pray that you have 1 turn left at ^^^that point & that your remaining troops survive.

And what about my generals? Anyone can talk about that? Should I use my medals to upgrade them? I edited topic cause i earned around 300 more during missions.

On a first glance, I'd say sell Messe & get Rokossovsky.
Then work on upgrading gens.

Hm that sounds nice since i dont use Messe so much nowadays, but question is why Messe "dismiss" button is grey and i cant click it  |

I think Leeb should get Accuracy 1st.
After all, CWE scenarios DO have a 6 gen limit, so it's best that all gens receive equal attention.

Ah yes! Thats why Thank you! And what about Guderian/Konev/Vatutin, should i upgrade or add some skills to them? You should upgrade your generals, upgrade Nimitz’ rumor skill and Guderian’s rumor and blitzkrieg to lvl 5 and give him the medal increasing blitzkrieg percentage, believe me it makes everything so muche easier. Also upgrade Konev’s infantry skill so he is stronger in infantery invasions. |

The key is the 100% attack after killing enemy upgrade. I have the same generals as you do, without Leeb and Yamamoto.

I did full WW2 Europe on Hard, and i did few Hard from Pacific. My Question is: What should I do now? Upgrade some of the generals to the max? Buy new general? I have already explained to someone how to clear WTO 4 with worse gens than you have (you can search in my activities history). IMO all you lack is Rommel (sure, with 40% discount) and than you can start to upgrade gens (I decided first to upgrade Guderian and konev's all 5 skills to lv 3). I started upgrading Guderian when I had Timoshenko, Nimitz, Konev, Guderian, Rommel and Leeb and everything goes smooth. Also I don't think you really need Yamamoto (you can upgrade Nimitz to almost his strength), instead of sailor and rumor for Nimitz is better explosives and most likely airforce leader. Yes, that has no use for invasions, but for invasions is ok even not upgraded Nimitz, but for scenarios and conquests that would be better. Also I don't think it's worth to have rumour for Guderian, explosives will perform better. Guderian's role is to kill enemies, whose morale is decreased by Konev and Leeb. Sure, that in that case you will not have perfect lineup, but keep in mind that you have limited quantity of medals. |

After your all advices i got my money and bought Manstein, and got through some more HARD stages (cleared all pacific stages), then i got my Rommel discount and got him too. So im gonna update my topic with what i got now. And I wanna ask which general i should first upgrade to max or what skills to upgrade?
