Any data out on which countries have specific advantages?
e.g.-
Germany-Strong tank & u-boat
French-Strong artillery/weaker tank
etc...?

Unit, specific, or geographical issues, as well? Plenty of countries have advantages/disadvantages caused by their location and/or surrounding area.

As said, countries' strenght is influenced by economy, geographical position and generals. Troop stats don't seem that important, but still I might reconstruct tech trees if I got time. As a simple rule, stronger countries ussually have better units.
