Hercules was not a try,I just read about Arnold's Victims. Just a hint. You found him Iron Duke ! - Your turn - pleaseOk, he was an Anglo-Irish peer who served in the British Army, eventually attaining the rank of field marshal. Due to his ruthlessness during the Irish famine he earned the nickname The Exterminator. He was one of the three men held responsible for the mix up that led to the Charge of the Light Brigade. One of his descendants and inheritors of his peerage was involved in one of the biggest British scandals of the 1970s. He was the 3rd Earl of .... and commanded the British cavalry during the Crimean war. His brother-in-law was Lord Cardigan and he conveyed to him the order to lead the Charge of the Light Brigade. The 7th Earl disappeared in 1974 after his children's nanny was murdered and he was finally declared dead in 2016. His whereabouts remains one of the great unsolved mysteries of recent British history. His noble title is sufficient for the answer.

Edit: I just realised the thumbnail has 2 others in bicorns he's the one at 11 seconds played by Harry Andrews. And here's the bio for the infamous 7th earl: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Bingham,_7th_Earl_of_Lucan

- He was famous for the defence of his country's capital city. - In the same battle, he was also criticised for not pursuing the retreating enemy. - He had been credited with many successes, but he was also tied to key costly failures.

Is he Russian? No. If you're considering Bagration, Kutuzov or Barclay, he's neither of them.
